We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had excellent facilities. Our room had a fantastic view of the surrounding area, and we particularly enjoyed the onsen and breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Everything was spot on.

I had a decent stay, the view was nice and the staff were friendly. the onsen was a good way to relax and unwind. the resting area in the lobby was well-equipped, which was great for meditation. the breakfast was a nice experience, too.
Communication was difficult due to language barriers.

The perfect place to start your new year off right! The location of the hotel was breathtaking and ideal for the best New Year's experience. The sea front view from the room was spectacular and we were able to see the beautiful sea all day long. The staff was truly welcoming and accommodating. We had access to shuttle van services and the hotel's lobby was equipped with the perfect rest area to meditate and relax.
The staff had some difficulty communicating in English which made it a bit difficult to understand some of the hotel's amenities. Also, we were not able to enjoy dinner because we did not reserve in advance. However, the breakfast, which was served Japanese style, was a great experience and I was pleased to have tried it.

The language barrier was a bit difficult as some of the staff did not speak much English. the hotel failed to communicate that dinner reservations had to be made in advance.
